What is margaret likan golding?

Margaret Likan Golding was a British social activist and community worker. She was born on 13th September 1908 and died on 8th July 1990. Golding was a member of the Inner Wheel Club and was its president from 1961 to 1962. She played an instrumental role in founding the Inner Wheel's International Headquarters in London in 1984. She was an advocate for women's rights and worked towards improving the lives of disadvantaged women and children around the world. Golding was also a supporter of the Rotary Club and became the first female member of Rotary International. She was posthumously awarded the Paul Harris Fellow in 1994, which is the highest award given by the Rotary Foundation. Today, Margaret Likan Golding is celebrated for her dedication and contributions to social welfare.
